SIMANIS (SEMINAR ON MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS) 2025

The Seminar on Management and Business (SIMANIS) is a national seminar that showcases studies and new research findings in the field of Management and Business. This national-level seminar is organized by the Department of Management, bringing together scholars, researchers, practitioners, students, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and insights.
SIMANIS 2025 marks the first national seminar to be held hybrid, online and offline. This year’s symposium aims to foster discussions on the latest trends and innovations shaping the future of management and business, particularly in urban areas.
Under the theme “Innovation and Sustainability in Urban Business and Management,” SIMANIS 2025 seeks to address the rapid technological advancements in the digital era and their impact on business strategies, operations, and sustainable growth. This symposium provides a platform for researchers and professionals to explore sustainable management practices, innovative business solutions, and strategies to enhance competitiveness in the evolving urban landscape.

Full Paper Submission: 28 April 2025

Payment Due Date: 21 May 2025

Conference: 14 June 2025

Article Publication

All accepted papers will be published in journals indexed by International Copernicus, Google Scholar, DOI, and Crossref.

Selected Paper

Selected papers will be published in a SINTA 3-accredited national journal.

Scope
Register

Registration is conducted simultaneously with paper submission by completing the registration form. It is highly recommended to use an institutional email address for the registration process.
Submitted papers must adhere to the seminar paper template. The final manuscript should be a minimum of 7 pages and a maximum of 16 pages.
